Public testing includes a limited daily allowance. Administrators can also assign registered, free or premium plans. API usage is funded by Cloud Horizon.

Can it conduct academic research?

It can help frame questions, search when research mode is enabled, summarize evidence and propose methods. Users must verify sources and follow institutional research ethics.

Can it build complete software?

It can explain architecture, review code and help draft components. Production systems still require secure engineering, testing and authorized deployment.

Can it generate images?

Yes, when image creation is enabled and the OpenAI image model is configured. Generated images consume a request and contribute to the monthly AI budget.

Does Horizon AI store my questions?

The public usage log stores task type, token totals and estimated cost, but not the prompt or generated response.
